Dinosaur Day is a community-focused event designed to bring people together, encourage exploration of local spaces, and support small-town businesses.

This day is about more than dinosaurs. It’s an opportunity to welcome visitors into the community, share what you do, and be part of something fun, collaborative, and local.

Whether you are a business, maker, organization, or community member, there are a few different ways to get involved depending on what works best for you.

You are welcome to choose more than one option.

Ways to Get Involved

Vendor Space (10' x 10')
Sell your products and connect directly with the community during the event.
Includes space for your setup, with the option to use a provided table or bring your own (pre-arranged).

Local Showcase
Display your work without needing to be on site.
Provide 1–2 items along with your information, and they will be included in a shared showcase display at the event.

Community Activity Listing
Be part of the event from your own location.
Your business or activity will be included on the printed activity page and event map to help guide visitors throughout the community.

How It Works

• Select the option(s) that best fit how you would like to participate
• Provide details about what you plan to sell, share, or promote
• We will follow up with confirmation and any additional details needed
• Final event information will be shared closer to the date

To help ensure a good fit and avoid duplicate offerings, we ask that you contact via email or fill out the vendor/application form and connect with us before submitting payment.

This allows us to:

• confirm availability
• answer any questions
• help you choose the best option(s)
• ensure a balanced and successful event

Additional Information

• Spaces are limited and will be confirmed upon approval
• Dinosaur-themed participation is optional
• All participants are responsible for their own setup, materials, and staffing (if applicable)
• Off-site activities are independently run
