We need help doing good things - so we're asking for a toonie or two as a little Tuesday treat... 

Do Good Things Co. is a small for-profit social enterprise that focuses on creating events and activities in small rural towns. 

We're still figuring out the "for-profit" part to be sustainable, but we've moved forward leeps and bounds on the "doing good things" stuff. 

The goal of Do Good Things Co. is to create low cost pop-up activities in small towns in spaces that are often underused. I want to share things that are both fun AND support the community and local businesses - because it can be done and because people in those towns *deserve* that. I deserved support growing up in a small town, and I'm doing my best to support others who are experincing the same problems.

While operating costs for doing these things is low compared to some businesses, it's not zero. It costs money for internet and website hosting, fuel and insurance to get to events, and to deliver donations after we've done collections. While crafty supplies are often donated and help us keep operating costs down, we can't eat yarn for dinner or pay bills with pom poms.

We need some help to keep going while we try out and learn new ways of earning an income as part of these events (that align with our values and goals).

Ways your "spare change" can help;
$2 = helps with printing costs for free materials and colouring pages
$10 = helps with gas for delivering donations and attending events
$20 = helps with supplies and time for creating food drives, clothing swaps, etc.
$30 = supports free crafty activties that build community connections
