Guided Growth
The Guided Growth Project is a skills development program designed to support individuals and small groups in bringing their ideas to life.
Participants receive structured guidance while maintaining ownership of their projects, allowing them to build confidence, develop new skills, and create meaningful community activities.
Types of Guided Growth Projects:
- Individual Skills Development – Work on a personal project or event while practicing valuable skills.
- Community Event Collaboration – Create activities, games, or experiences for a local event with group participation.
- Workplace & Team-Building Experience – Develop an activity or event for a business, organization, or team.
What to Expect:
- A flexible, participant-driven approach that prioritizes skill-building and personal growth.
- A structured yet adaptable process to ensure a meaningful and achievable project.
- Encouragement and support to problem-solve, take initiative, and follow through on plans.
- At the end of the program, participants receive a letter of reference recognizing their contributions and skills developed.
This is a collaborative opportunity to gain experience while working on a meaningful project. Facilitators provide guidance and structure, but participants are responsible for completing their work. Open communication is encouraged to ensure goals align with the participant's interests and abilities.
