What in tarnation is a Witch Walk?
We dress up like witches and walk around town to collect non-perishable food donations for local food banks!
Do I have to dress up?
Nope! Dressing up is optional but encouraged!
No set dress code – just make sure your cape won’t get tangled in your broomstick.

2024 Melbourne Witch Walk
The 3rd Annual Melbourne Witch Walk was a wonderful way to spend a Friday evening in a small Ontario town!
A local food truck, activities and the library, and lots of Witches wandering around.
Our food collection total was bigger than pervious years, and required two car loads full to deliver all the goods!

2023 Melbourne Witch Walk
With a trail of mini wagons, and a gaggle of Witches of all sorts and ages, we walked with an impressive collection of canned food into the sunset.
The 2nd annual Witch Walk was a success!
Together with local businesses and seniors apartments we collected over 420 lbs of food!

2022 Melbourne Witch Walk
I ask a lot of one-off questions people think are silly at the time... But there's usually a reason, and a "brilliant" idea attached!
The original idea has adjusted slightly from the first inquiry, but I think it's pretty special that the annual Melbourne Witch Walk started out with a question like this;
"Anyone want to dress up like witches and bike around town some time before Halloween? #imseriousthough"
We were able to collect a total of 152 items, filling a total of 5 boxes!
