Deposit (Refundable)

A $25 deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your rental. 

The deposit will be refunded once all equipment is returned on time, clean, and in good condition.

The deposit will NOT be refunded and is not transferable if:

  • Equipment is returned unclean
  • Equipment is damaged
  • Items are missing
  • Equipment is not returned or not available for pickup as agreed
  • The booking is cancelled within 14 days of the rental

If damages or replacement costs exceed the $25 deposit, the Customer agrees to pay the additional amount required.

When can I pick up my rental?


Choose a pickup time that works for you!
Pickups can be scheduled 7-days a week between 7 AM and 9 PM.

Rentals are based on a 24-hour period.

Examples: 

  • 1 day rental
    • Picked up at 4 PM on Friday
    • Returned by 4 PM on Saturday
  • 2 day rental
    • Picked up at 12 PM on Friday
    • Returned by 12 PM on Sunday

Where can I pick up my rental? Do you offer delivery?

Rental equipment can be picked up in Newbury, ON
or delivered to your event or party. 

Delivery / Pickup is available - contact us for rates and scheduling.

Distance to Newbury from:

  • Chatham - 49 km (40 minutes)
  • London - 65 km (55 minutes)
  • Strathroy - 44 km (35 minutes)
  • Sarnia - 75 km (50 minutes)
  • St Thomas - 73 km (55 minutes)

When do I need to return the rental?

 

Rentals are based on a 24-hour period.

Late Returns: This return policy is enforced. However, if equipment availability allows, we can offer some flexability on return times if arrangements are made prior to pickup.

Cancellations & Changes

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event may be rescheduled or credited toward a future booking.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will result in the forfeiture of the $25 deposit.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Cleaning Policy - Food & Beverage Equipment

Equipment must be returned clean and in the same condition it was rented.

All items are checked upon return.

Popcorn and Coffee Machines:

  • Please clean these immediately after use with soap and water. 

Cold Beverage Containers

  • Please remove any remaining liquid or food residue and give the unit(s) a thorough rinse.

Please note: All units must be returned in the same condition they were received to avoid a $25 cleaning charge per machine.
