Become a Community Partner and help bring the Fall 2026 Free Clothing Swap to four rural communities this September and October.

The Free Clothing Swap helps neighbours save money, keeps good clothing in circulation, reduces waste, and creates opportunities for local sharing and connection.

Community Partnerships help keep the swap free for participants while giving your business or organization meaningful recognition across multiple communities.

Melbourne: September 18–20
Rodney: September 25–27
West Lorne: October 2–4
Newbury: October 9–11

Your Partnership Gets You Seen

Every Community Partnership includes:

• A professionally printed Community Partner banner displayed with the Free Clothing Swap as it travels through all four communities
• 70,000+ potential vehicle views at our Melbourne and Newbury locations alone, plus visitors attending the swaps
• Recognition on the Free Clothing Swap website
• Social media recognition leading up to and throughout the Fall Clothing Swap
• Optional inclusion on the Fall Free Clothing Swap visitor map for partners with a public physical location
• Your professionally printed banner to keep and reuse after the Fall Clothing Swap

Community Partnership Options

• Community Partner — $150
  • Includes a standard 2' × 3' custom Community Partner banner plus Community Partner recognition.
• Community Builder — $300
  • Includes all Community Partner benefits with the option to upgrade to a 2.5' × 4' custom banner for increased visibility.
• Community Champion — $500
  • Includes all Community Partner benefits with the option to upgrade to a 3' × 4' custom banner for increased visibility.

Larger custom banner sizes may also be available upon request. Additional printing costs may apply.

Community Partners help us collect, organize, store, and transport thousands of clothing items between communities while keeping the Free Clothing Swap free for everyone who participates.

The impact continues after the public swaps are over. Remaining clothing is shared with local families, shelters, and outreach groups, helping useful items reach even more people and stay in circulation.

What Happens After I Sign Up?

Choose your Community Partnership level and complete your payment below.

Once your partnership is confirmed, we'll email you a short Community Partner Information Form to collect the details needed for your recognition, including your:

• Business or organization information
• Logo and banner preferences
• Website and social media links
• Preferred website link
• Physical location, if you'd like to be included on the visitor map

We'll then begin preparing your Community Partner recognition and banner.

Payment Options

Online checkout is available for credit card and Interac e-Transfer payments.

Cash and cheque payments are also welcome, with arrangements available for drop-off in Newbury or at an upcoming Do Good Things Co. event.

A receipt will be emailed for purchases completed through the online checkout.
